A company scout also watches the bid boards and referral partners you set. 2. ### One desk for the crew Today shows what needs you, what came in and what's coming up. Behind it, the pipeline board with your leads, deals and tasks. A crew with a company scout also gets a jobs board, from estimate to done. 3. ### Everything in one place With a company scout, Outlook and Teams show up on the crew desk, read only, and the crew's dates go to Outlook, Google or Apple Calendar with one private link. ## Build a scout. Settings → Billing shows when your free time ends. **What happens when the free time ends?** Add a card whenever you like, and the first charge comes when the free time ends. Without one, nothing is deleted: your crew can still open and change everything, but scouts stop heading out and nobody new can join until a card is added. **How is a crew priced?** One plan covers everyone on a crew. Solo is $29 a month for one person. Crew is $99 a month for up to 5 people, then $19 a month for each extra person, and the price follows along when people join or leave. **What are the launch and founding offers?** Join before January 1, 2027 and your first 3 months are free, then Solo is $19 a month, locked in. The first 10 crews get 90 days free, then Crew at $49 a month, locked in for as long as they stay. **Can I cancel?** Yes. A crew's owner can cancel any time in Settings → Billing. That stops the next charge, and the plan runs to the end of the month already paid for. **What does a scout do?** You name a scout for your trade and your area. It finds businesses worth pitching and leaves its finds and a note on your Today page, and you decide what to do with them. A company scout also watches your bid boards and finds referral partners. **What else will I pay for?** Besides your plan, just your own AI and Apify use. You bring your own keys (Claude or Grok, and Apify) and pay those providers directly. **Who owns what my crew puts in?** You and your business do.
